Abstract (English):
this article examines the specifics of the regional labor market related to the higher education specialty "Accounting, analysis and Audit". The relevance of this research is explained by the changes in the economic situation that affect the supply and demand of qualified specialists in the field of accounting and financial analysis. The paper analyzes current trends in the labor market in the Voronezh Region, as well as key factors that determine the need for specialists in this field. The advantages of accounting and analysis-related professions are considered, as well as the salary levels offered for the relevant vacancies are analyzed.
