Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
this article examines the employment opportunities for students of higher education majoring in 27.03.05 "Innovation". This study included analytical work applicable to the state of the labor market in the relevant field. In our work, we would like to focus on the vacancies available in the labor market in the Voronezh region from the perspective of their use by graduates who are gaining knowledge in the field of innovation processes. The objectives of this study are to examine the relevance of vacancies for graduates of the "Innovation" field in the labor market in the Voronezh region, identify and compare the positive and negative aspects of existing vacancies, and choose the best way to find a job. The analysis of labor market data in this study will help us find current vacancies, understand whether they are suitable for students of higher education, and will also help us get acquainted with different job search opportunities.
