Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the study and comparison of the labor market in Russia and the CIS countries for graduates of economics with competencies in accounting, analysis and auditing. In this paper, the main characteristics and trends of the labor market are identified, the demand for specialists is determined, the requirements for skills and qualifications are compared, the dynamics of vacancies and resumes, the competition index are studied, and the salary level and career prospects are assessed. The analysis of these indicators will make it possible to assess employment opportunities and identify priority areas for the development of professional competencies for a successful career in accounting, analysis and auditing in Russia and the CIS countries.
