Russian Federation
This article is devoted to the study of by-laws in the sphere of legal regulation, in which more attention is paid to the disclosure of the issue of the role of by-laws in the system of Russian law, the main types, order and concepts associated with by-laws, their hierarchy in regulatory activities, as well as their impact on the legal mechanism for the implementation of legislative norms are considered.
