the article considers the principles of socio-ecological-economic development of construction complexes in the context of transition to a ‘green’ economy. The article presents theoretical aspects of sustainability improvement on the basis of multi-level implementation of eco-innovations that ensure the transition from linear to circular economy, from traditional to sustainable production. The evolution of key concepts and technologies affecting the sustainable development of the construction sector is analysed. The author's classification of principles of socio-ecological-economic development is proposed. Special attention is paid to the role of eco-innovations as a recombinant tool for integrating environmental, social and economic aspects.
