Abstract (English):
This article explores current trends in modernizing fare payment systems for public transportation. Key technologies such as transport cards, mobile applications, contactless payments and biometric identification are considered, as well as their impact on passenger convenience and the efficiency of transport systems. Particular attention is paid to the challenges associated with innovation, including cybersecurity, accessibility for all segments of the population, and the need to upgrade infrastructure.
