Abstract (English):
As the boundaries of space exploration expand and the duration of missions increases, the task of ensuring the reliability and durability of electronic equipment operating in outer space becomes critically important. The key threat to on-board electronics is ionizing radiation, which can cause malfunctions and irreversible damage to microcircuits. In this regard, the development and production of radiation-resistant microcontrollers is becoming a strategic direction for domestic and global space exploration. The purpose of this article is to systematize the types of radiation effects in outer space and to review Russian manufacturers and developers of specialized microcontrollers that are resistant to extreme factors of the space environment. Special attention is paid to technical characteristics, applied technologies and promising developments in this field.
