Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
This article examines the role of information support as a key factor in improving road safety in the face of increasing traffic volume and the diversity of road users, including drivers of personal mobility vehicles (PMVs). Existing gaps in communication between regulators, infrastructure, and road users are analyzed. A set of measures aimed at improving information flows through legal, technical, and educational tools is proposed. It is proven that systematic and tailored information interventions can significantly reduce the number of road accidents (RAs) and minimize their severity.
