With both non-military and military violence escalating in international relations, priority attention is being given to the national security system. Global hybrid warfare is a factor in the social fabric of humanity. The nature and characteristics of the main instruments of global hybrid warfare are demonstrated. A conclusion is drawn regarding the importance of a scientific understanding of geopolitics, the development of ideological sovereignty, and the clarification of priorities for the development of the military sphere of national security.
