The paper addresses the formalization and structuring of simulation results of electronic components for parametric verification tasks within an information system. The relevance of the research is determined by the need for a unified representation of computational data, enabling automated comparison of component parameters with project requirements and enhancing the reproducibility of engineering analysis. The proposed model organizes data by components, simulation modes, extracted characteristics, and acceptance criteria, reducing manual processing of simulation results and simplifying the generation of structured reports. The practical significance of the approach lies in its ability to integrate with existing CAD and EDA tools without modifying the modeling environment.
