Abstract:
The article deals with the topic of computer game addiction and its negative consequences. As an alternative to computer games that do not require physical activity, fitness games that combine the functions of game simulators and sports equipment are considered. The article provides a brief overview of some fitness games. It concludes with their role in promoting a healthy lifestyle.
