The article presents the development and analysis of formal models of emergent behavior in software complexes of distributed systems of 2026 based on hypergraph automata and microscopic simulation. The authors formalize emergence through triple-level decomposition, mathematical state transitions and hierarchy, implementing vectorized simulation of billions of agents with tensor decomposition and online spectral analysis. The uniqueness of the work lies in real-time prediction of global patterns and failures minutes before manifestation, detection of bifurcations in microservices and federated learning without centralized control.
