The article presents the development and analysis of a model of computational ecosystems with variable architecture in hybrid clouds and edge-to-cloud continua of 2026 based on graph morphogenesis and multilevel decomposition. The authors formalize architectural plasticity, levels and phase transition dynamics, implementing an algorithm for adaptive topology, self-organizing node specialization and fractal task orchestration. The uniqueness of the work lies in spontaneous evolution of optimal macro-architectures under loads and failures, exponential reduction in adaptation time, fractal structure with order-of-magnitude performance increase and resilience through dynamic restructuring.
