the article examines the problem of secondary victimization of minor victims during the course of investigative actions. The procedural norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and the practice of their application are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the problem of multiple interrogations of child victims of crime and the lack of coordination between different agencies. Based on the analysis of judicial practice and psychological research, specific recommendations are proposed to minimize the psychological trauma of minors while maintaining the procedural guarantees of the investigation.
