Many companies strive for optimization by actively using business process modeling. However, in practice, a paradox often arises: detailed, formally correct schemes are created, which, after development, simply settle in archives, without bringing real benefits. Therefore, the article will explore the roots of this problem and propose a way to solve it through the integration of classical system analysis with modern process modeling tools.
