In the current context of the digital transformation of education, the need to automate administra-tive and pedagogical processes is growing. Numerous educational data management solutions are available on the market, but specialized systems for children's digital education centers, such as IT-Cube, remain underdeveloped. The "Cube.Journal" information system is designed to maintain student personal data, manage study groups (including archived ones), and generate an electronic attendance and academic performance log, broken down by month and group. The system provides methodologists, teachers, and administrators with immediate access to up-to-date information, improves record-keeping accuracy, and simplifies reporting.
