Abstract:
This paper explores key factors and features in designing the user interface of a mobile application for emergency medical services. It outlines research methods to determine the structure and relevance of the app’s functional modules within a specialized domain. It also highlights usability and efficiency issues in user interaction that may not be evident at early design stages.
