Abstract:
The article is devoted to the development of a methodology for constructing an information model of ethylene production based on multi-level Data Flow Diagram (DFD) analysis. A formal approach is proposed for representing the production process as a set of interconnected processes and information flows with a subsequent transition to a directed connectivity graph. An algorithm for transforming a DFD model into a software architecture is developed, ensuring the integration of computational and predictive modules. An information connectivity coefficient is introduced to quantitatively assess the level of digital integration of the system. The obtained results can be used in the development of digital twins and decision support systems for industrial automation.
