This article examines the metamorphosis of manager’s competencies under the influence of artificial intelligence. The aim of the work is to define the vectors of change in managerial skills under automation conditions and to develop their relevant classification. The methodological basis consisted of a content-analysis of vacancies and a comparative analysis of qualification requirements. The results of the study made it possible to distinguish three groups of competencies: basic AI-competences (Data Literacy, prompt engineering), superprofessional (critical thinking) and human-centered skills (emotional intelligence). Thus, the manager's role of the manager has shifted to data verification and there is a need to update educational programs.
