The economic and financial characteristics of the Belgorod automobile depot "Russian Post" are considered. The main tasks of the carpool are formulated. It is shown that the economic characteristics of the Belgorod communications depot are such that, basically, these are expenses that consisted of postal transport services, commercial transportation, repair work and paid parking, which is offered by the depot on its territory. An organizational chart of the enterprise has been constructed, which shows the hierarchical principle of building a management structure for the Belgorod communications depot.
