The paper addresses the development of an information system for determining and verifying the operating characteristics of electronic components based on the results of circuit-level, functional, and timing modeling. The relevance of the work is driven by the need for a formalized and reproducible verification of electronic component base parameters under limited access to foreign technical documentation, as well as by the increasing labor intensity of manual analysis of simulation results. The proposed solution focuses on extracting parameters from simulation data, comparing them with specified requirements, and generating structured reports for the analysis, selection, and replacement of components in electronic device design.
