The article examines the processes of digital transformation of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate's supervisory activities at the regional level. Using the example of the Voronezh Region and the city of Voronezh, the implementation of automated photo and video recording systems for traffic violations, the development of an intelligent transport system, interdepartmental information interaction, and digital services for citizens are analyzed. The financial aspects of digital project implementation, the dynamics of budget expenditures, and technical equipment are studied. Particular attention is paid to the impact of digitalization on accident rates and the efficiency of supervisory activities. The conclusion is drawn about the systemic nature of digital transformation, covering technical re-equipment, development of telecommunications infrastructure, and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies.
