Russian Federation
this article analyzes the dialectical relationship between the rule of law and civil society. The authors examine the theoretical foundations of this concept, the constitutional guarantees for the development of civil society in Russia, and the reasons for the need for their interaction. They identify current issues that hinder the development of a sustainable dialogue between Russian society and the state. They conclude that a rule of law is unthinkable without a developed civil society, and vice versa.
