This article examines the impact of intelligent transport systems on road safety performance in the context of rapidly growing motorization in the Belgorod Region. Based on an analysis of statistical data for the period 2015–2025 and projected indicators through 2030, the need for comprehensive integration of intelligent transport systems to reduce road accidents is substantiated.
