This paper analyzes the problems associated with parking spaces, specifically their types and consequences. The most significant problem is accidents related to searching for a parking space and poor visibility. Parking near intersections, courtyard exits, public transport stops, and pedestrian crossings is dangerous, as parked cars obstruct visibility and make it difficult to detect hazards. A solution is the use of the latest technologies and off-street parking spaces.
