This article examines modern approaches to automating lighting systems in industrial facilities. It describes the basic principles of lighting control, includingtheuseofmotionandlightsensorsandprogrammablelogiccontrollers. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of intelligent systems that can reduce energy consumption and extend the life span of lighting fixtures. A the matical model sand experimental data are presented, demonstrating the potential for improving existing systems to increase energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.
