Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of improving the accuracy of component dosing in the production of dry construction mixtures. A mathematical model of the controlled object is proposed, based on which the PID controller parameters are calculated and an adaptive control algorithm is developed that takes into account changes in raw material moisture. The simulation confirmed the effectiveness of the developed solutions. The results can be used in the design of automated control systems for the production of construction mixtures.
