The article addresses the problem of improving the efficiency of in-plant logistics operations through the implementation of an intelligent monitoring and control system for transport flows. A system architecture based on the integration of real-time positioning technologies, a digital twin of the production environment, and adaptive routing algorithms is proposed. A mathematical model of the transport flow has been developed, taking into account the dynamic constraints of the production environment. Simulation modeling was carried out, which confirmed a reduction in cargo transportation time by 23.7% and a decrease in vehicle downtime by 31.4% compared to traditional control methods.
