The article analyzes the realized potential of green investments in RES and infrastructure development projects in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation for 2021–2025 based on official Rosstat and Minenergo RF statistics. It analyses the region’s natural‑climatic conditions, the regulatory framework (Federal Law No. 296‑FZ, Federal Law No. 35‑FZ, GOST R 70346–2022), and pilot projects such as wind farms in the Yamalo‑Nenets and Nenets Autonomous Okrugs and hybrid VIE‑based complexes in Chukotka. The paper highlights economic efficiency, macroeconomic effects, and systemic barriers, and proposes a set of incentive measures to support a transition towards a low‑carbon development model of the Arctic by 2030–2035.
