The last mile in logistics is the last stage of cargo delivery directly to its recipient. The main problems of the last mile are: the complexity of transporting cargo to the door, inefficient routes and the inability to optimize them due to the location of the customer, unpredictable difficulties during the implementation of transportation and many others. This article highlights the most significant problems of the last mile in logistics and suggests the main ways to solve them.
