Abstract (English):
The study is to study the phenomenon of aggression. The problem of the development of the phenomenon of aggression is considered in the context of socio-philosophical approaches to the definition of the concept of «aggression». Attention is drawn to some examples of manifestations of aggression in the modern world. An analysis of the phenomenon of aggression made it possible to single out two main approaches to its understanding: 1) aggression as a property of living matter (physiological instinct); 2) aggression as an individual property (reaction of the individual).
