This article presents the results of testing an nature-compatible biotechnology based on associative microorganisms on Scots pine seeds from forest-steppe populations of the Central Black Earth Region. A significant stimulating effect on increasing soil germination and biometric characteristics of pine seedlings is demonstrated. The potential for using this environmentally compatible biotechnology in the production of Scots pine planting material is confirmed.
