The proposed method for restoring the accurate taxation characteristics of fully utilized plantations in the absence of stumps and current forest management materials eliminates the possibility of obtaining results with a certain degree of probability. The conclusions are unconditional due to the following: the mandatory conduct of a field experiment directly at the research site, combined with the deciphering of remote sensing data available on public websites such as Google, Yandex, Bing, as well as in specialized software such as QGIS and Google Earth; the comparative analysis of color space images from different years taken before and after illegal logging, with additional computer processing of the images (changing their brightness, contrast, and scale); and the use of scientific research methods such as analogy (not identity!), specification, system analysis, and special methods such as visual and visual-measuring methods.
