The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of the legal regulation of bankruptcy of agricultural enterprises. Based on a generalization of modern approaches to crisis management, the authors consider the shortcomings of modern legislation, manifested in the formality of plans, as well as the unclear division of powers between the arbitration administrator and the head of the farm, and explore the legal and organizational features of bankruptcy in the agricultural sector. The conclusions substantiate the need for further improvement of legal norms, taking into account industry specifics and law enforcement practice.
