Abstract (English):
The article informs us about Nepal's first private commercial bank, which was established at the end of the 20th century. This bank has branches in multiple rural locations of the country and provides various financial services (credit cards, insurance, loans, mortgages, etc.) to its residents. The Bank is constantly striving to create innovative technologies to meet the needs of customers. The article also provides an analysis of its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In this regard, its purpose is to define a clear development strategy.
