In this article, based on a SWOT analysis, a study of Huawei's international marketing strategy is carried out. Firstly, Huawei focuses on the flexibility and diversity of its product portfolio. By releasing a full range of 5 GA solutions, Huawei is actively taking advantage of the first opportunity in the 5G market and is looking for opportunities to develop suitable products at home and abroad. Secondly, Huawei continues to expand its brand influence and increase market share by creating a global marketing and service network. Huawei has established numerous institutes and branches around the world to better understand the needs of the local market and offer customized solutions.
