Abstract (English):
The article examines the existing species diversity of tree plantations in the territories of educational institutions of various categories of settlements, the change in the total number of species depending on the level of the educational institution and the settlement. The species composition of 11 territories of educational institutions (2 universities, 9 schools) was evaluated, as a result of which the most common species, as well as the most common plant families, were identified. Based on the results of the work, conclusions were drawn about the need for a more careful selection of plants for educational facilities and the importance of expanding the assortment at these facilities.
