Abstract (English):
The article examines issues related to the process of preparing a product portfolio of a furniture enterprise for a marketplace as a search for modern distribution channels for furniture enterprises. As an example, the sales structure is presented during the implementation of a project to launch a new product in the NCP marketplace, clearly demonstrating the acceleration of the process of introducing a new product, reducing the duration of the design cycle due to preliminary planning of business processes, and also allowing for the optimization of sales channels.
