Abstract (English):
This article describes the diversity of the Canadian cuisine, which is shaped with the help of the various nationalities living in the country. Although there is no “clear” national cuisine, Canada is characterized by a unique mix of tastes and preferences. Native food is connected with the traditional food availability. Maple syrup is still an iconic Canadian dish that has remained unchanged for centuries and is widely used for a variety of culinary purposes. The main purpose of this article is to familiarize traditional recipes as the cultural aspect in this country.
