The article is devoted to topical issues of improvement and landscaping of school areas. An integrated approach to planning is considered, including functional zoning (educational, experimental, recreational, economic and buffer zones), plant selection, environmental safety and aesthetics. Particular attention is paid to the sanitary and hygienic and microclimatic aspects of landscaping, its role in reducing noise, protection from wind and dust. Recommendations for landscape design based on regulatory documents (SanPiN, SP) and modern environmental concepts are proposed. The article highlights the impact of green spaces on the educational process, student health and environmental sustainability.
