The study of regional forestry and technological features of artificial reforestation has important scientific and practical significance for sparsely wooded regions. The fate of the forests of the future, their species composition, condition, biological diversity, productivity, marketability, sustainability and durability depend on the methods, methods and technologies of reforestation used in forestry. The article provides an analysis of the survival rate of pine seedlings with open (ACS) and closed root systems (WCS) on 4 production sites of forest crops and their preservation at the age of 3 years. According to the results of the autumn inventory, it was found that in all areas of the created forest crops, the survival rate of pine seedlings with ACS exceeds the survival rate of seedlings with WCS. Their subsequent preservation demonstrates similar trends.
