Abstract (English):
the article is devoted to the analysis of the role of long-term planning in the effective management of enterprises. The key aspects of long-term planning are considered, including its importance for ensuring sustainability and competitiveness in an actively changing external environment. The article highlights the main stages of the long-term planning process, such as the analysis of the external and internal environment, the formation of strategic goals, resource provision and monitoring of strategy implementation. The advantages of long-term planning are discussed, including increasing resilience to external risks, creating competitive advantages, optimizing resource use, and effectively managing change. The need for flexibility and adaptability of strategies in the face of uncertainty is also emphasized. The article provides theoretical approaches and practical recommendations based on the work of leading researchers in the field of strategic management.
