PERSONNEL CAREER MANAGEMENT IN A MODERN ORGANIZATION

Abstract (English):
The article considers key organizational aspects of career management. The authors revealed that career plays a great role both for the employee and for the organization; it is determined that career can be considered in a broad and narrow sense and the main provisions characterizing the subjective nature of career trajectory realization are formed. The authors, from the positions of system and process approaches, presented the elements of career management mechanism and concluded that career management begins from the moment of employee selection. Having analyzed the peculiarities of career management in a real enterprise, it is concluded that the factors limiting the success of career development are the lack of experience and insufficient competence of employees in related industries. A set of tools for leveling the impact of these factors is proposed.
