The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of the labor market in areas of training related to innovation management in Russia and the CIS countries. Based on data from the Headhunter platform and labor market research, key parameters such as the number of vacancies, salary levels, required work experience, and education are examined. Key trends include the growing demand for specialists in digital transformation and the increase in the number of startups. The results highlight the high demand for professionals with higher education and 1 to 6 years of work experience.
