Abstract:
In the article, the author examines the problem of managing a municipal state-owned passenger motor transport enterprise under conditions of high uncertainty and budget constraints. The necessity of transitioning from reactive methods to proactive management based on predictive modeling is substantiated. The concept of an intelligent decision support system is proposed, with probabilistic-adaptive modeling, specifically the group method of data handling, at its core. Key classes of mathematical models and an algorithm for the structural identification of predictive models are described. It is shown that implementing such a system enhances the justification of decisions, optimizes resource allocation, and contributes to the financial stability of the enterprise.
