This article discusses the importance of active leisure. It examines different types of physical activity and their role in a person's successful activities. The article provides an example of the famous "Sechenov phenomenon," which demonstrated that muscles recover during active leisure. A person does not get tired as quickly if they change one activity for another. Active recreation promotes rapid and effective recovery and prolongs life.
