The article discusses the use of Process Mining technology to analyze the effectiveness of document approval processes. Based on data from the event logs of information systems, real process models are reconstructed and time metrics are analyzed (execution time, waiting times, percentage of returns). The proposed approach allows us to objectively identify "bottlenecks" and the true causes of delays, including uneven workload of employees and imperfect regulations. The results of the analysis serve as the basis for building a flexible system architecture with intelligent business rules: dynamic task reallocation, automatic prioritization, and optimization of alignment routes.
