The article discusses modern approaches to system analysis and modeling of decision-making processes in complex organizational systems. The analysis of methods is carried out: the analytic hierarchy process, situational modeling and expert systems. Special attention is paid to the problems of formalizing target settings and choosing optimal management solutions. Promising directions for integrating methods into automated decision support systems are considered.
