Abstract:
This article presents a systematic review of the evolution of theoretical approaches to productivity management. Based on a retrospective analysis of foreign and domestic concepts, key stages in the development of productivity management principles are identified, revealing the logic behind the shift in dominant paradigms—from mechanistic to humanistic, and then to systemic. Particular attention is given to the contributions of scientific, administrative, and behavioral schools, as well as the domestic tradition represented by the works of A.K. Gastev, O.A. Ermansky, I.M. Burdyansky, and their followers.
