the article is devoted to the analysis of changes in management approaches caused by the entry of the Alpha generation into the labor market. The value characteristics of representatives of this generation, influencing their labor expectations, are considered. The main directions of transformation of management practices are highlighted: changing the role of the leader, transition to dynamic hierarchies, introduction of gamification principles, increasing the importance of empathy and psychological safety, rethinking the functions of office space, business ethics, continuous learning and introduction of indicators of the psychological state of the team.
